May Goals


Of course, I realize it’s a bit late to post goals for this month but I just got back from my trip. Some of the more time sensitive ones might be a struggle, especially as I did not get to work on my writing nearly as much as I had hoped for. I am also not sharing more personal goals, but here is what we are going for in May.

-Finish reading my current book (and hopefully a second)

-Finish the first draft edit of my current writing project

-Go to the gym 4 times a week, and start putting in strength workouts and/or the stair master

-Stay on schedule

-Major yard work

-Get rid of the goatheads

-No excessive spending on nonessentials

-Take the dogs for more walks

-Use stepper thing more frequently

-Start using my Fitbit again

-Limit eating out

-Do not eat/drink junk

-Lose weight

-Incorporate more vegan/vegetarian foods into my diet
