Well, I am back after missing a few of these. I am sure this will come as no surprise but things have not been going well. Both my anxiety and depression have been acting up, I have not been doing as good of a job about no self-medicating as I need to, and I am not being as active or as productive as I want/need.

I really have nothing more to say on the subject. I am disappointed, upset, and rather down.

Still trying to get it in this week and start moving forward and we will see how it all works out.

I am adding a new overall goal in my life and that is to watch my added sugar intake. Doing some research on the amount of sugar that we Americans consume was a bit scary. This is going to be a slow grind and process and I will never be super militant about it. First, I hate artificial sugars so most popular replacement things are not something I will consider. Second, I love salads and salad dressing can be killer. Third, as of now other than tea, all of my caffeine comes from sugar. To address the last two I am just going to be more aware of the dressings I use and look into making my own. I am also still shooting for the goal of drinking less caffeine and being smart about the caffeine I consume when I do.

Other than that normal stuff. Wear my Fitbit, cut back on Redbull and other ways I drink my calories, watch sodium, more vegan and vegetarian foods, snack healthy, get a good balance in my diet, and start going to the freaking gym more consistently.

Dinner: Blue Apron- Spice-Crusted Salmon & Carrot Fries with Avocado-Kale Salad
Snacks: Banana, Voss Water

Fitbit: Yes

Monday 9/17

Breakfast: Avocado mixed with cream cheese on toast with egg on the side
Lunch: Nothing breakfast was super late
Dinner: Blue Apron- Beef and Bok Choy Stir-Fry (only ate about half it was pretty terrible)
Snacks: Banana, Pure Leaf Black Tea
Indulgences: Redbull
Fitbit: Yes but put it on late so did not hit my steps

Breakfast: Overslept
Lunch: Veggie egg rolls
Dinner: Chicken piccata (not breaded) with mash potatoes and roasted asparagus, milk
Snacks: Almonds, glass of milk
Indulgences: Redbull
Fitbit: Yes

Thursday 9/20


Breakfast: Breakfast burritos
Lunch: Lean cuisine
Dinner: Cilantro-Lime and Black Bean Shrimp and Rice Skillet
Indulgences: Half a soda, chips, Redbull (obviously not a great day)
Fitbit: No

Friday 9/21

Breakfast: Overslept
Lunch: Half a sandwich and fries
Dinner: Leftover beans, rice, and shrimp
Indulgences: Redbull, green tea ice cream sandwich
Fitbit: Yes

Honestly not my best week but trying to get back to it. Moving forward from here and hopefully, my next week will be better and so on and so forth.
